We’re hiring a Junior Java Developer (1–4 years) to work on a greenfield RFQ platform supporting a trading desk. This is a backend role, close to the front office, where the services you build are used live by sales and traders. You’ll get strong exposure to event-driven systems and real production workflows, with support and mentorship from experienced engineers.
What you’ll do:
- Build and support Java services across the RFQ lifecycle
- Work on event-driven and messaging-based components
- Integrate with pricing and trade booking systems
- Improve reliability and performance of live services
- Work closely with the Traders and Sales teams
- Work on a greenfield Trading Application
What we’re looking for:
- 1–4 years’ commercial Java experience
- Solid Java and backend fundamentals
- Worked with Event Driven services
- Interest in trading systems (no prior experience required but preferred)
