Bourne Partners is seeking a highly motivated Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in London. This role is integral to managing client relationships, leading transaction execution, and supporting the firm’s continued growth in healthcare-focused M&A advisory. This Vice President will work closely with senior leadership while playing a hands-on role across all stages of the deal lifecycle. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading complex transactions, and is passionate about mentoring junior professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead execution of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements from start to finish
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction structuring and decision-making
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch materials, and investor marketing content
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and mentor analysts and associates, supporting professional development and execution quality
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments relevant to clients
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or a related financial advisory role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
