We are seeking a professional, friendly and highly organised Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to provide an efficient and welcoming front‑of‑house service for our School. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with pupils, parents, visitors and staff, managing telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate records and supporting a range of administrative duties, examinations and whole‑school events. Excellent communication skills, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment are essential, together with a strong commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and the values of the School.
