We are currently looking for Viewing Assistants in our several of our branches.
Duties
- Acting as an ambassador for the Company - showing people around properties that are on the market.
- Diary management and time management.
- Ensuring the office gets clear feedback on all viewings carried out.
- Deliver a word of mouth services to generate new and repeat business.
Although experience within estate agency is not essential, it would be advantageous if you do possess relevant sales or industry skills.
The ideal candidate should be smart, polite, friendly, sociable and confident with an outgoing personality, can-do attitude and have a passion for customer service. You must also possess your own car (insured for Business Use) and a full driving license. Hourly rate dependent on location and experience.
