We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Client Services Team for our estate agency. The primary focus of this role will be making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them to promote properties, ancillary products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and services offered by the estate agency.
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about properties, schedule viewings, and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
