Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the development and management of teaching within Drama.
- Identify areas for development and improvement linked to the Academy improvement plan, SEF, national and local initiatives.
- Develop and monitor schemes of work for Drama across the academy in liaison with your department to ensure successful implementation that meets curriculum requirements and is differentiated to reflect student needs.
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress and achievement against targets in your area.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of continuous professional development and training.
Qualifications
- QTS or recognised equivalent.
- Degree in subject specialism or related subject.
- Ability to develop a number of curriculum areas.
