Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self-evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group.
  • Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
  • Evidence of effective continuous professional development.
  • Experience coordinating a subject.
  • Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
