We are seeking a Head of Year to join our team at Twickenham School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Twickenham School is a high‑performing mixed secondary school for students aged 11‑16 in Twickenham, south west London. It is part of the Bourne Education Trust (BET), a successful multi‑academy trust comprising twenty‑four schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students
- Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group
- Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour
Essential Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Ability to evidence effective continuous professional development

- Experience in coordinating a subject
