We are seeking a SEMH Outreach Practitioner to join our team at Bourne Education Trust.

Position: SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Outreach Practitioner
Location: Based at Bourne Education Trust\’s central office located in Jubilee High School, Addlestone however, frequent travel to schools across all regions will be required
Contract: Term time plus two weeks, permanent (36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum)
