Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age and ability of students, preparing and developing teaching materials, programmes and pastoral arrangements.
- Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of all pupils, planning effectively to ensure they can meet their potential.
- Be aware of pupils’ capabilities, planning appropriately for pupils with Special Educational Needs, and where appropriate lead the preparation, implementation, monitoring and review of SEN Support Arrangements.

- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a Humanities‑related discipline.
