Experience in education is welcomed, but not essential. About Philip Southcote School

Philip Southcote School is a specialist provision for pupils aged 11 to 19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), across five sites in Surrey. As part of Bourne Education Trust, we take great pride in our educational offer, which is designed with a clear and purposeful aim: to prepare our pupils for adulthood. Our students quickly develop a strong sense of belonging, feeling safe and supported throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities And Commitments

  • Attending full LGC meetings (6 per year)
  • Potentially serving on review panels (as required)
  • Completing any training relevant to the role
  • Termly monitoring visits, to take place during the school day
