We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Meadow Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Contract: Part time, Permanent

Salary: £27,634 - £29,604 FTE (actual salary £19,190 - £20,558)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a programme of site testing and inspections to ensure statutory compliance
  • Identify issues quickly by carrying out regular inspections of all indoor and outdoor areas, providing written reports/action plans as requiredli>Ensure site team are contactable whilst on duty
  • Implement an effective out of hours emergency system

Requirements

  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
  • Relevant work experience
  • Full driving licence
  • Proven track record of continuous professional development
  • Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, and engagement with a range of stakeholders
