We are seeking an Admissions and Attendance Officer to join our team at Epsom Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Details:
- Position: Admissions and Attendance Officer
- Contract: Fixed term (until July 2027), term time plus 2 weeks
- Hours: 12 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Wednesday 12 - 2pm, Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm. Flexibility will be considered.
- Salary: PS5.2 £7,924 (£27,634 FTE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all school admissions both September intake and in year admissions and the undertaking of the School Census via the Department of Education
- Be responsible for the Waiting List and Admissions for the School Nursery - and the administration of the Surrey Nursery Funding Portal
- Be responsible for school attendance in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team and for the administration of Penalty Notices via Surrey County Council.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
