We are seeking a Head of Performing Arts (Music specialist) to join our team at Everest Community Academy, part of Bourne Education Trust.   • Contract: Full‑time, permanent
  • Salary: Teachers’ Main – Upper Pay Scale (National) £32,916‑£51,048 + TLR 2B £5,871

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent standards of teaching and learning across the subject.
  • Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan.

  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
  • Evidence of effective continuous professional development.
