We are seeking a Teacher with SENDCo responsibilities to join our team at Sayes Court Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

  • Salary: Teachers Main to Upper Pay Scale (Fringe) £38,627 – £52,490 depending on experience. SEND allowance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent strategic direction and development of SEND provision
  • Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan for the department
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategic intervention for the department

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
  • Qualified teacher status or equivalent
  • NASENDCO/NPQ Qualified, or commitment to achieve qualification within the statutory time limit of 3 years
