We are seeking a Maths Specialist to join our team at Jubilee High School, part of Bourne Education Trust. Jubilee High School is a high-performing comprehensive school dedicated to serving the educational needs of families in Runnymede, Woking, and Elmbridge. As part of the Bourne Education Trust (BET), a successful multi-academy trust comprising twenty-five schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, we are committed to "Transforming schools...changing lives". - Salary: Teacher Main Scale 3 to Upper Pay Scale 3 (£38,627 to £52,490) + TLR Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring excellent standards of teaching & learning across the subject.
- Taking responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self evaluation and the improvement plan for the department.
- Monitoring student progress and implementing strategic intervention for the department.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
- Ability to evidence effective continuous professional development.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in coordinating a subject/Phase leading.
