We are seeking a Maths Specialist to join our team at Jubilee High School, part of Bourne Education Trust. Jubilee High School is a high-performing comprehensive school dedicated to serving the educational needs of families in Runnymede, Woking, and Elmbridge. Position Details

  • Contract: Full time, permanent
  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Salary: Teacher Main Scale 3 to Upper Pay Scale 3 (Β£38,627 to Β£52,490) + TLR Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring excellent standards of teaching & learning across the subject.
  • Taking responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self evaluation and the improvement plan for the department.
  • Monitoring student progress and implementing strategic intervention for the department.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
  • Ability to evidence effective continuous professional development.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating a subject/Phase leading.
