About the role
Install it right, first time.
As an Electrical Installation Engineer at Bounty Energy, you'll deliver high‑quality electrical installations across a varied mix of commercial, industrial and residential projects.
From containment and cabling to terminations and final fix, you'll take pride in safe, tidy, compliant work — and the satisfaction of seeing a project through to a clean handover.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first & second fix electrical installation to BS 7671 (18th Edition).
- Install containment, cable, distribution boards, lighting, power and small‑power systems.
- Terminate, connect and commission electrical equipment safely and accurately.
- Read and work from drawings, specifications and schematics.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area and follow site rules.
- Liaise with site teams, supervisors and other trades to keep projects on programme.
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and a valid ECS/JIB card.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382) certification.
- Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial installation work.
- Ability to work from drawings and to a high standard of finish.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Nice to have
- Inspection & testing qualification (C&G 2391) or willingness to work towards it.
- SSSTS/SMSTS, IPAF or PASMA tickets.
- Experience with EV charging or renewable installations.
