We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at New Bradwell School to further establish our thriving provision for 2 and 4-year-olds, in Caterpillars and Butterflies.,
- Implement and deliver a high-quality curriculum that supports children's learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with leaders to enhance and develop our provision that meets the needs of young children and their families.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, promoting early help and ensuring a smooth transition to school.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using a variety of assessment methods.
- Work as part of a supportive team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- We are looking for experienced pre-school and nursery practitioners, who have had experience of working with children between the ages of 2 and 5. A passion for learning through play and skills to support and scaffold play are essential. We will only consider dates with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or an equivalent.
