About Bounty
Bounty is a trusted and long-established brand supporting parents through every stage of their journey — from pregnancy to early parenthood. Our media channels, digital platforms, and partnerships reach millions of families across the UK, offering valuable opportunities for brands to connect meaningfully with this unique audience.
We’re looking for a results-driven full sales circle Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of commercial growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and entrepreneurial sales professional to generate new business across all Bounty’s media channels — including digital, sponsorship, and content partnerships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships with new advertisers and brand partners.
The focus will be solely on business development, through establishing relationships with new clients direct, as well as developing contacts and opportunities through media agencies, so experience and contacts amongst the key agencies will be an advantage. There will be an element of account management as your client base grows, where you’ll manage your clients to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and opportunities for growth are maximised. Flexibility, ownership, initiative and a passion for results are essential. This is a full time, hybrid position, operating from offices in Cambridge and London.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial clients to advertise across Bounty’s digital and offline media platforms.
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and sponsorship packages tailored to client objectives.
- Drive performance against agreed revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline of opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.
- Work with marketing and content teams to develop creative solutions for advertisers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and activations.
- Keep clients informed of new opportunities and innovations across Bounty’s channels.
- Keep CRM systems up to date with client activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Ensure proposals and pricing are accurate and approved in line with company policy.
About You - Essential Experience
- Proven, successful new business development track record in digital media sales, ideally across data, sponsorship, or content solutions.
- 5 years experience in outbound selling digital advertising solutions minimum.
- Strong business development experience, with evidence of winning new clients and growing accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting.
Personal Attributes
- Commercially astute, driven, and motivated by success.
- A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communicator — persuasive, articulate, and client-focused.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate client needs into effective media solutions.
- Collaborative and flexible team player.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus.
- Opportunity to work with a well-established brand and household-name clients.
- Supportive and dynamic team culture.
