Now we’re expanding our Search team and hiring a Paid Search Manager to help deliver growth for a range of complex, performance-focused brands across subscription, lead generation and conversion-based activity.

The Role

You’ll join a growing paid search function working across a mix of performance, subscription, lead generation and brand activation work. It’s a hands‑on role with strategic influence – managing client relationships, shaping search strategy, and making campaigns perform through smart optimisation.

You’ll be responsible for:

Strategy & Search Planning

  • Lead PPC strategy for your assigned accounts, building smart, data‑driven search approaches
  • Develop and implement always‑on and campaign‑based strategies including Performance Max
  • Shape testing roadmaps, audience strategies and optimisation frameworks that drive meaningful impact
  • Serve as day‑to‑day Paid Search lead – trusted to advise, challenge and steer client decisions
  • Confidently present insights, recommendations and progress in client meetings
  • Help establish and develop a new search strategy for a recently won performance account

Performance Delivery

  • Build, optimise and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Monitor pacing, budget management and performance against forecasts and KPIs
  • Mentor Exec‑level team members – helping them extract insight and apply data into action

Team & Agency Contribution

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement and team development
  • Participate in broader agency initiatives, pitch work and Relative Advantage™ thinking
  • Collaborate closely across planning, social, partnerships, strategy and analytics

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to experienced managers or strong Senior Execs ready to step into a Manager role – if you can show you’re client‑ready, commercially astute and able to operate with autonomy.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 3 years’ hands‑on PPC experience, ideally agency‑side
  • Confidence in client‑facing roles – presenting, advising and challenging constructively
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and conversion tracking integrations
  • Experience with Performance Max setup and/or optimisation
  • Curiosity, initiative and accountability – the ability to “get up and go” without micromanagement
  • A mindset aligned to doing things differently – not just optimising media, but thinking laterally
