The role involves supporting the Head of Digital in developing Bountiful Cow’s digital performance team and product offering. You will be pivotal in shaping a performance media service that drives short-term performance, supports long-term growth ambitions, and delivers business results. This is an opportunity to build the performance media service/product for a modern marketing approach.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker driven by data, who can ensure all digital activities align with client objectives. You will lead both strategically and operationally, overseeing the execution of integrated media campaigns. You’ll bring a straightforward mindset, comfortable with clients at various stages in the performance landscape.

You will spearhead best-in-class performance media strategy, automation, and implementation across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display. Collaborating with other digital leads in the agency and the wider group, you will help build a top-tier performance team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Championing multi-platform performance media strategy within the agency.
  • Defining and shaping the agency’s holistic performance media product.
  • Identifying new media opportunities that drive tangible performance outcomes.
  • Developing methods of forecasting holistic performance media outcomes.
  • Fostering a culture of continual testing and optimisation.
  • Contributing to performance new business pitches.
  • Ensuring efficient onboarding of new clients.

Client responsibilities involve auditing clients’ performance media activities, conducting insightful analysis, and developing relationships with key senior clients.

Team responsibilities include building, managing, and leading the digital performance team.

Desired experience includes:

  • Evidence of exceptional performance through solid analysis and execution.
  • Experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360 platforms.
  • Experience with social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • A thorough understanding of measurement, analytics, and attribution.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good experience in third-party tracking and analytics solutions.
