Expanding our Marketing Services footprint across EMEA is a key strategic initiative for achieving Bounteous\’ growth objectives. We are seeking a strategic Senior Vice President to establish and lead a cross-functional growth engine that brings our marketing solutions to the region, accelerates acquisition and partnership opportunities, and positions the organization for scalable success.

The SVP, Marketing Solutions must demonstrate strong executive influence, consultative business development skills, and deep expertise in technology-enabled digital transformation. This high-visibility role will drive measurable client value, articulate Bounteous\’ differentiated positioning, shape experience, technology, and data strategies, and tell compelling stories that demonstrate transformative results for clients.

Success will be measured by achievement of regional revenue, margin, and profitability goals; execution of a three-year growth strategy; performance of the regional growth team and supporting functions; client retention and expansion; and effective integration of acquisitions.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a three-year regional and market-level growth strategy, including annual budgets and performance targets
  • Drive P&L accountability, ensuring growth in revenue, margin, and profitability
  • Translate corporate growth objectives into actionable regional plans that balance short-term performance with long-term market development
  • Build and lead a lean, multi-disciplined growth organization encompassing Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Solutioning:

Sales: develop a scalable, high-performance sales motion tailored to EMEA market dynamics Partnerships: identify and manage strategic alliances and channel partners to expand reach and capability Marketing: lead go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning across diverse markets Solutioning: align client needs with marketing service offerings to deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Provide interim oversight of delivery success, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence until a dedicated operations function is established
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts, driving senior-level relationships and client growth
  • Partner with global leadership to shape and implement the EMEA acquisition strategy, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration of acquired entities into the regional marketing solutions practice
  • Represent Bounteous at industry forums, partner discussions, and client engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in marketing services, consulting, or digital transformation, with a strong record of growth and P&L ownership
  • 15+ years of experience establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with executive-level (VP, SVP, C-suite) leaders in client organizations
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling regional businesses across EMEA
  • Deep understanding of the marketing services landscape (agency, consulting, technology-driven)
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams spanning sales, marketing, and partnerships
  • Outstanding presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence executive-level leadership
  • Exceptional written communication skills: the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications
  • Strong listening skills: a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into win strategies
  • Experience in M&A strategy or post-acquisition integration preferred
