Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Owner with backlog creation (user stories/requirements).
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build strong end-user relationships.
- Drive migration of applications from Citrix to Microsoft Surface desktops.
- Translate complex specifications into clear product outputs.
- Analyse and document processes, data flows, and system interactions.
- Collaborate with engineers, testers, and team members for quality delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- Experience as a People/HR Systems Analyst with hands-on Workday expertise.
- Background in BAU support, releases, and regression testing.
- Strong HR systems data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a sprint-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence as a functional SME.
