We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Designer to lead and contribute to the delivery of impactful, user-centered service design initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to shape exceptional digital-first experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Service Design Projects: Drive end-to-end service design engagements, including facilitating client workshops, leading ideation sessions, developing service concepts, blueprints, and other key artefacts by integrating research, design, business, and technology perspectives.
  • Design Digital-First Experiences: Independently create innovative and complex digital experiences that align with commercial objectives, such as increasing digital channel adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Apply Research and Data: Translate research findings and data insights into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
  • Uncover Customer Insights: Utilize advanced design research methods to identify latent customer needs and pain points, and map intricate user journeys and service processes.
  • Promote Design Excellence: Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital service design and actively share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster continuous learning and innovation.
  • Enhance Team Processes: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the service design function, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
