Job Description:
- Works with senior leadership, brings thought leadership, and helps to build and strengthen Telecom practice.
- Brings in strong knowledge in the telecom domain, and a working experience across Business and Technology roles.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and engage in constructive dialogue with them to elicit the best possible outcomes.
- Experience with Business Analysis and Business Process Modelling in Telecom OSS / BSS domain is required.
- Has a strong business focus, and an equal understanding of IT/Technology enablement, so as to be able to align the business goals/objectives to the IT delivery.
Skillset Required:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements, and work with product/technical and operations teams to help design and build new Products and Services.
- Ability to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions, to understand IT Process/Technology/Architecture and existing OSS/BSS implementations.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and engage in constructive dialogue, to elicit the best possible outcomes.
