The Senior Director, Partner Marketing leads the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive enrollments for academic partners. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role leads a team responsible for integrated marketing plans, cross-channel campaigns (paid and organic), and portfolio performance. The Senior Director acts as a strategic advisor to academic partners and collaborates closely across Acquisition and Retention, Partner Success, and Product teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate partner marketing strategies aligned to institutional goals and revenue targets. Lead annual and quarterly planning to refine forecasts, prioritize investments, and optimize budgets. Ensure alignment across partner objectives, learner demand, and market trends.
  • Partner Advisory & Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders. Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates with executive-level clarity. Monitor market, competitor, and learner trends.
