Working hours: Full time 34.5 hrs per week (Flexible hybrid workplace). This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven marketing professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns that engage our members and enhance lifetime value. As Marketing Executive, you'll work across digital, print, email, social media, and events to deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with our diverse membership base. You'll collaborate with teams across partnerships, events, leisure, and editorial to curate seasonal content and benefits, while using data insights to refine targeting and optimise performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their strategic and creative skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key focuses on the role:
- Plan, brief, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, print, push notifications) that drive member engagement and retention.
- Define campaign objectives, audiences, messaging, and success metrics in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Executive – Member Value.
- Curate seasonal offers and content in partnership with internal teams to support member benefits and engagement.
- Use segmentation and member usage data to refine targeting and improve campaign performance.
- Write compelling copy tailored to different audiences and formats.
- Manage and update member-only content using CMS tools, ensuring alignment with campaigns and seasonal trends.
- Build and segment email lists, deliver campaigns via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, and support wider teams with email creation.
- Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all campaigns meet brand guidelines and comply with GDPR, PECR, ASA, and FCA regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure consistent, on-brand communications.
About you:
- Required: Graduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and/or CIM or IDM qualification.
- 2–4 years' experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, ASA, and FCA guidelines.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics and audience segmentation.
- Excellent organisational and collaboration skills.
- Experience in membership-based marketing or loyalty programs.
- Experience with co-branded or partnership-led campaigns.
- Understanding of push notification and mobile engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of customer lifetime value and retention strategies.
