We are looking for a Head of Boarding to play a key role in our boarding community. This is a role central to life at the School. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care and welfare of each boarder and must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a very caring disposition. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our boarding provision at a time of growth and investment.
The Head of Boarding will play a pivotal role in shaping the boarding experience and supporting the school’s vision to expand boarding. You will work closely with our Admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for prospective and current boarders, while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment within the boarding house.
Our boarding ethos places kindness, community, and mutual support at the heart. Pupils are encouraged to look out for one another, be respectful, and contribute positively to house life. Significant investment over recent years has helped create a warm, homely environment, which has included newly decorated dorms and a dedicated pupil kitchen that supports independence and shared living.
