Role Overview: As a Till Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service at the checkout. You’ll ensure transactions are processed efficiently, provide a welcoming experience, and leave customers with a positive impression of Boundary Outlet. Key Responsibilities Operate tills and handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with bagging items and handling queries during checkout. Maintain a tidy and organised till area. Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and health and safety. Support team members during busy periods to provide seamless service. What We’re Looking For A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A team player who can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail or till operations is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
