Sales Assistant - Beauty Outlet

30 hours a week working 5 days out of 7. Will include days, evenings and weekends, We are looking for a confident, hardworking, reliable and flexible individual to join our team. Able to do overtime when needed. The role will include, to take responsibility for maintaining and increasing sales throughout the year, to maintain a high level of customer service at all times, must be willing to give excellent customer service, to be able to work well in a team and assist in keeping the store clean, filled and tidy to our customers. You must have a hands on approach, confident and be able to multitask. Previous retail experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given in store.

• Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner

• Assisting customers to find the goods and products that they are looking for

• Replenishment and merchandising

• Maintaining housekeeping standards on the department

• Be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships

• Undertaking administrative duties relating to the job role
