As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of Boundary Outlet, providing a warm welcome to suppliers and visitors. You’ll manage our main reception operations efficiently and support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries promptly.
  • Manage visitor logs, appointments, and bookings.
  • Provide information about store departments, events, and promotions to customers.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
