Job Title: Front of House Service Staff
Location: Boundary Outlet – Colne
Hours: 20 hours a week working 5 days over 7. This will include days, evenings and weekends

Role Overview:
As part of our Front of House team, you\’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every customer feels valued and enjoys a seamless dining experience. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you\’ll play a key role in making their visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Handle payments and operate tills with accuracy.
• Address customer queries or concerns with professionalism and positivity.
• Support the wider team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

What We\’re Looking For:

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, or hospitality role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
