Role Overview
You will playa pivotal role inoverseeing food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities include leading and coaching the kitchen team, enforcingfood hygiene and safety, maintaining equipment and inventory, and upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the kitchen team to ensure effectivedaily operations.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Monitor and analysecustomer feedback striving for a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to minimise waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best.
- Work in collaboration with the Front of House team to ensure excellence in customer dining experiences.
- Handle any kitchen-related issues, including equipment maintenance and problem-solving.
