Our in-store coffee shop is a key part of that experience, providing a relaxed and welcoming space to unwind. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Coffee Shop Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Location: Boundary Outlet - Colne | Hours: 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7
Role Overview
As Coffee Shop Supervisor, you’ll support the Coffee Shop Manager in overseeing the daily running of the coffee shop, leading the team by example to deliver excellent service, quality food and drinks, and a great atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service.
- Help with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily checks.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
- Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure confidence and consistency.
- Oversee presentation and cleanliness of the shop floor, counters, and seating areas.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitor stock levels and support with ordering and deliveries.
- Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed.
