Were looking for an enthusiastic and hands-onDeputy Coffee Shop Managerto help lead our busy in-store coffee shop atBoundary Outlet. Whether its a quick cappuccino or a leisurely lunch, we pride ourselves on great service, quality food and drink, and a welcoming atmosphere.

As Deputy Manager, youll support the Coffee Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the café keeping standards high, customers happy, and the team motivated.

What youll do:

• Assist in managing daily front of house and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service

• Train, support and motivate the team

• Monitor stock, place orders and manage deliveries

• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food standards

• Step up in the Managers absence

What youll need:

• Experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality setting

• A passion for great food, drink and customer service

• Strong people skills and the ability to lead a team confidently

• Organised, calm under pressure, and ready to roll up your sleeves

• Food hygiene training is a bonus (but well help you get it if not)
