Role Overview:

As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you’ll help create a warm, friendly atmosphere where customers can enjoy great food and drink. Your responsibilities include preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals to a high standard.
• Handle payments at the till, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee shop, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist with restocking and organising supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and accommodating requests.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, particularly in food preparation and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
