Role Overview

As a Till Supervisor you will play a vital role in supporting our till teams to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and service, whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the till systems. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure that store standards are consistently high.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum coverage for your department over a seven-day operation
• Responsible for ensuring your team meets the required standards using effective coaching and training methods
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure company cash and security procedures are maintained and always upheld
• Proficiency in administration, particularly in store procedures (full training will be given)
• Always delivering outstanding customer service
• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Effective people management skills
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and health and safety
• Support team members during busy periods to provide seamless service

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
