About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our dynamic Coffee Shop team, based on site at Boundary Outlet. The Coffee Shop Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the team in the day to day running of our fast paced, high volume coffee shop.

About You
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive disposition to support in leading our coffee shop team by example.
Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will ensure the highest operational standards, both front and back of house. We are looking for someone who is decisive with effective time management skills, working to tight deadlines.
You must enjoy a varied workload, and possess the ability to motivate and co-ordinate a team with a “hands-on” approach, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer experience at all times.
Essential knowledge and qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment is desirable.
