We are redefining how we engage with our customers across our stores and catering services. We are looking for a Coffee Shop Assistant who is driven, enthusiastic, and takes pride in managing a diverse range of tasks while delivering outstanding front-of-house service.
Located in our Sheffield Store, you will showcase your ability to interact with customers politely and professionally, always striving to provide exceptional customer care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Contributing to the creation of the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience!
- Handling customer interactions with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold foods, ensuring all items are prepared, packaged, and labeled to a high standard.
- Supporting the service of beverages, cakes, and toasted items.
- Ensuring orders are processed efficiently, with cutlery and condiments readily available, and tables cleared promptly for the next customers.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Assisting with the general upkeep and cleanliness of the Coffee Shop.
Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
