The brand 'bound' was founded in 2018 with the motive to bridge the gap between contemporary wear and streetwear. With the use of premium materials, patterns and carefully measured fits, our style will continually progress through boundaries and develop. We are looking for a Partnerships Intern to come in and work directly with the founder and brand team to build a strategy to partner with influencers all around the world that share in bound’s vision, people who in themselves craft style and stand out above the rest.
This role would be the first of its kind. We currently work with creators across all platforms (Meta, TikTok & YouTube) as well as having a fantastic community of people around the world. However, as the brand grows, our vision is to make bound the biggest brand in the space. If you are someone with their finger on the pulse on socials, who loves crafting meaningful partnerships and who has a passion to build long lasting relationships, then this is the role for you.
In this role you will:
- Identify & outreach to influencers/creators who align perfectly with bound’s values and vision.
- Track & Manage the success of partnerships, providing insight to campaign KPI’s.
- Create post campaign/partnerships reports & recommendations for future campaigns.
- Work alongside the creative team to curate partnership campaigns alongside any new product launches and sales.
- Support creative team to execute both PR & partnerships events.
- Manage relationships with influencers of all sizes.
You will need:
- A strong passion for working within partnerships in an eCommerce or fashion retailer.
- In-depth understanding of influencers/content creators across all platforms.
- Excellent organisational experience to be able to manage a large database of influencers.
- To be a strong communicator and confident in building relationships.
- To be a fashion lover.
- Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform changes, and emerging creators.
