We\'re looking for a Senior SEO Consultant to join us part-time and help deliver high-quality, outcome-led SEO for a small group of long-term, retained clients. It\'s hands-on, client-facing, and best suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, building trust, and getting stuck in.
Success in this role looks like:
- Confidently leading SEO strategy and delivery across 3-5 accounts
- Communicating clearly with clients and adapting plans based on impact
- Collaborating closely with the founder to continuously improve how we work
- Making clients feel supported, informed, and confident in what we’re doing
It’s a great fit for someone looking for stability with flexibility, ideal for 3 full days/week or spread across the week to suit things like childcare or other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEO work for a small portfolio of B2B clients
- Deliver on-page optimisation, audits, content strategy and performance analysis
- Interpret data from GA4 and Search Console to inform next steps
- Attend client calls and build strong relationships with marketing teams
- Provide clear, commercially-focused SEO recommendations
- Contribute ideas and help shape how Bound continues to evolve
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Strong working knowledge of on-page, technical, and content-led SEO
- Confident using GA4, Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or similar
- Able to communicate clearly and simply with non-SEO stakeholders
- Outcome-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
- Based within commuting distance of Colchester, UK
