The bound team is growing and the brand is shifting gears! Over the last few years we have hosted weekend long pop-up events and sample sales; however, we are now going to be opening a semi-permanent store right in the heart of Manchester. As a Manchester based brand, our home city means the world to us. In opening this store, we want to create a space for our community to come and shop our collections in real life, to understand the quality and fit of our products. We are beyond excited to be opening the store and are looking to bring in a team to be ambassadors for our brand.
We are looking to bring in an experienced Store Manager to run the store in central Manchester. If you are interested in joining our team and becoming the first ever Store Manager for bound, then this is the role for you.
- Manage and oversee all store operations as well as a team of supervisors and store assistants.
- Carry out regular stock checks to ensure we always have strong inventory levels in our most popular products and work with the operations team to make merchandising decisions on stock.
- Report weekly on store and team performance, monitoring KPIs like sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with all store staff to address customer queries, resolve issues, and create an in-store environment that is enjoyable for the team and customers alike.
- Manage all visual merchandising in store, creating a seamless visual that ties in with bound’s individual style and brand.
Strong experience managing retail stores, ideally in the fashion space. In-depth understanding of retail operations and store performance. Understanding of store KPIs and management of store staff. To be an effective communicator, able to converse with everyone from senior stakeholders in the business to customers in store.
