As a GTM Engineer, you will own and evolve the systems that power how we identify, target, and engage the right accounts. Your work will directly impact pipeline quality and how efficiently we grow.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain clean, enriched account and contact data to support outbound, inbound, and ABM efforts.
- Identify, track, and operationalise buying signals (fundraises, hiring, intent, technographics, FX exposure indicators).
- Design workflows that surface high-intent accounts and route them to sales at the right moment.
- Build, test, and iterate on outbound and ABM sequences across email and LinkedIn.
- Run GTM experiments end-to-end - from hypothesis to execution to analysis.
- Create clear, practical reporting across the funnel to understand what is working and what is not.

Requirements

- Comfort working with signals, imperfect data, and iterative experimentation.
- Strong bias for clarity, structure, and execution.
- Curious, adaptable, and confident suggesting better ways of doing things.
- Enthusiastic about AI tools and workflows and applying them to GTM problems.
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or FX markets is a plus.
