At Bound, we’re transforming how companies manage currency risk. Backed by top-tier investors, we’ve grown significantly over the past year and now support companies across multiple sectors.

You’ll be responsible for helping run and scale our day‑to‑day marketing engine. You’ll execute campaigns across events, email, direct mail, and social, test new growth experiments, and track what’s working (and what isn’t). This role suits someone who enjoys getting things done, learning from results, and improving performance over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and support marketing campaigns across events, email, direct mail, and social channels.
  • Plan and run small‑scale growth experiments to test new channels, messages, and formats.
  • Organise events end‑to‑end, including logistics, guest lists, and on‑the‑day coordination.
  • Create and update marketing assets such as emails, social posts, presentations, and direct mail.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as engagement, leads, and pipeline contribution.
  • Work with the marketing lead to prioritise experiments, turn ideas into action, and keep projects moving.
  • Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with target segments, messaging, and maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and execution.
What Success Looks Like
  • Campaigns and experiments are shipped regularly, on time, and with clear goals.
  • Results are tracked, shared, and used to inform what we do next.
  • Events are well organised and contribute to awareness, engagement, or pipeline.
  • Marketing activity shows a clear link to business outcomes, not just output.
  • You demonstrate ownership by spotting opportunities, suggesting improvements, and acting on them.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) with design tools such as Figma or Canva to create marketing assets.
  • Experience or interest in running and analysing growth experiments, campaigns, and reporting on results.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to test new ideas and learn from outcomes.
  • Proactive, hands‑on attitude, comfortable jumping in and getting things done.
  • A strong visual sense and an eye for detail is a plus.
  • Interest in fintech, financial services, or foreign‑exchange markets is a bonus.
Why Join Bound
  • Rapid growth & funding: We’ve grown our business significantly in the past year and are backed by top-tier investors.
  • Wide market impact: Our solutions support businesses across multiple sectors, not just tech, helping them hedge currency risk confidently.
  • Culture of excellence: Bound values ambition, curiosity, and collaboration. Employees enjoy working closely with leadership, taking ownership, and making a tangible impact.
