The Commercial Associate is a foundational role within our sales organisation. Working closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, you'll be responsible for generating qualified meetings and demos for our Account Executives by leveraging our marketing campaigns and proactive outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales within financial technology. Tasks
- Work alongside our Marketing team to convert campaign responses into qualified meetings β this includes following up on direct mail recipients, event attendees, and content engagement.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage finance leaders at target companies.
- Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately to Account Executives.
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and personalise your outreach.
- Develop a solid understanding of Bound's product, the FX market, and the challenges faced by finance teams managing currency exposure.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within FX, recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
- Resilient and motivated by targets β you don't take rejection personally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
