You will be the person who turns Bound from 'another fintech' into a brand people actually remember. From founder posts and short-form video to campaign creative and product stories, you will bring our voice and story to life wherever our audience hangs out. You will create, test, and ship content that cuts through, designing visuals, editing videos, writing posts, and experimenting with ideas to see what sticks. You will also have the freedom to explore new tools, platforms, and AI-powered creative workflows to make your work faster, bolder, and more engaging. Tasks
- Own Bound's organic and social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, email, and our blog.
- Turn our positioning into creatives that cut through where our audience actually pays attention.
- Design and produce visual marketing assets, from static graphics to short- and long-form video, leveraging AI tools and new platforms where it makes sense.
- Tell our story in public - founder stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and lessons from building Bound.
- Work closely with the marketing lead to build and run creative campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and pipeline.
- Track what’s working, spot patterns, and continuously improve content, formats, and distribution.
- Do whatever it takes to make our campaigns stand out, designing, writing, editing, posting, testing, iterating, and experimenting with emerging tools and AI-powered approaches.
Requirements
- You’ve created standout content for B2B or fintech brands.
- You have hands-on creative experience as a designer, videographer, writer, editor, or similar.
- You’re a strong copywriter who can adapt tone and style across channels and audiences.
- You’re comfortable using tools like Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, and AI-powered design, writing, or video tools.
- You understand distribution - what works on LinkedIn, email, and video platforms, and why.
- You’ve worked with performance or growth marketing to test and improve creative.
- You’re curious, proactive, and love trying new tools, experimenting with AI, and pushing creative boundaries.
- You enjoy working with people and building communities around a brand.
