Intro

As businesses scale globally, they're exposed to currency volatility that can hit margins hard, especially when markets get uncertain. 96% of the FTSE 500 hedge that risk.

Only 4% of SMEs do.

Bound exists to close that gap.

We've built modern, technology-driven hedging technology that lets finance teams set it, forget it, and let it run, instead of chasing brokers and second-guessing spreadsheets.

We're backed by $25M from investors behind Wise, Klarna, N26, Stash and Xero, and we're growing fast, 3× year-on-year, with our GTM function alone up 4× this year.

We're consistently ahead of target, and we're just getting started.

The role

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Associate to help build Bound's presence across social and turn it into a genuine growth and pipeline channel.

We're a fast-moving marketing team.

We're constantly testing new ideas, formats and channels, moving quickly on the things that work and killing the things that don't.

We don't believe in spending weeks perfecting an idea before putting it into the world - we'd rather launch, learn and iterate.

This role is for someone who thrives in that environment.

You don't need professional social media experience.

You could be straight out of university or have 1-2 years of experience.

What matters is that you know how to create content and have built or grew something, a Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube channel, Instagram account, newsletter, community or company page.

You'll be hands‑on across the full process: coming up with ideas, spotting trends, writing hooks, filming, editing, publishing, engaging with our audience and tracking what works.

You'll have a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to own something meaningful from day one.

We want you to find the channels, formats and ideas that work for Bound, build them into repeatable engines and ultimately turn social into a meaningful source of audience, inbound and pipeline.

If you see something working and think we should try it, you should be able to go and try it.

  • Tasks
  • Content & Social
  • Create and publish content across Linked In and other relevant channels (potentially X and Youtube)
  • Come up with ideas, hooks, scripts and formats
  • Film and edit short-form video yourself
  • Manage Bound's social profiles and content calendar
  • Create case studies, customer stories, thought leadership and content
  • Engage with our audience and relevant conversations
  • Work with the team to turn our people, customers, product and expertise into great content
  • Trends & Growth
  • Stay close to trends, creators and emerging formats
  • Constantly test new ideas and creative approaches
  • Track performance and understand what drives reach, engagement and audience growth
  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable content formats
  • Understand how social can ultimately drive inbound, leads and pipeline

Requirements

  • You've grown a social channel, audience or community - personal or professional
  • You know how to create content from idea through to publication
  • You're comfortable filming and editing video
  • You're naturally following trends, creators and what's happening online
  • You're proactive, curious and excited to experiment
  • You're results-driven and want to understand what works and why
  • You don't need to know FX or fintech - you'll learn
  • Add your portfolio or channel if you have one

Benefits

  • Ownership: Build and shape Bound's social presence from an early stage
  • Creative freedom: Test ideas, formats and channels without a rigid playbook
  • Real impact: Help turn social into a genuine growth and pipeline channel
  • Career growth: Develop across content, social, growth and marketing with significant room to take on more ownership
  • Fast-paced environment: Work alongside a growing GTM team at a high-growth fintech
  • Backed by great investors: $25M raised from investors behind Wise, Klarna, N26, Stash and Xero
  • Trusted & secure: FCA regulated, combining technology with transparency and security
