As a Cafe Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind the cafe operation within your venue. You'll lead from the front, coach your team, maintain high standards and help create an environment where both guests and team members thrive.

Whether you're leading a busy weekend rush, preparing the venue for a huge party weekend, training a new barista or finding ways to improve performance, you'll play a key role in delivering the BOUNCE experience.

About the role…

As a Cafe Team Leader, you'll own the cafe and broader food and beverage operation within the venue. Your natural leadership, organisation and passion for hospitality will help create a positive, high‑performing team culture while ensuring guests receive outstanding service every day.

  • Lead and coach Cafe Hosts to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Champion coffee quality, food presentation and service standards.
  • Manage peak trade periods and help your team perform confidently under pressure.
  • Support ordering, stock control and waste management.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Drive cafe performance through upselling, secondary spend and operational excellence.
  • Build a strong cafe culture aligned with BOUNCE values.

The role is designed around peak trade and party periods, with a Thursday to Monday working pattern and Friday evenings being a key part of the role.
