We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team in a residential home supporting adults with learning difficulties. If you are passionate about making a positive difference, we would love to hear from you.

As a Team Leader, you will support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service. This role requires strong organisational, numeracy, literacy, and digital skills.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (preferred), or willingness to work towards this (supported by the company)
  • Leadership skills and the ability to support a team effectively
