Day to Day

  • Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
  • Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience working in a Warehouse Administration role would be advantageous
  • Experience working with SAP production system would be advantageous
  • Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
  • Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
